Serendipitous time exposure. I love the dismounted cyclist silhouetted against the streaks of the passing art car. What's he doing? Meditating? At the time I took this photo I had no idea he was even there. This was a 20 second exposure taken at quite some distance (135mm on a Canon crop body) in near darkness. Sometimes you just get lucky.
